Welcome to FreshPaper. By accessing or using our website (freshpaper.in) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Us

FreshPaper sells premium A4 wall posters, printed on 300 GSM matte, fade-resistant paper. We currently ship to India only.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information given is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, and other available methods, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where offered.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹479; a shipping fee applies below this threshold. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

6. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display our posters as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color may occur due to screen display settings and printing processes.

7. Fan Art and Third-Party Designs

Many designs featured on FreshPaper are fan-made artwork inspired by popular media, characters, and public figures, and are sold as unofficial, fan-created products. FreshPaper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original rights holders of any characters, franchises, or brands depicted. All trademarks, character names, and copyrighted material referenced remain the property of their respective owners. 8. Custom Orders

We welcome custom design requests. Pricing, timelines, and specifications for custom orders will be discussed and confirmed directly with you before production.

9. Limitation of Liability

FreshPaper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
