01 RETURN WINDOW
7 days

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. The window begins from the date your order is marked as delivered by the courier. Any requests raised after this period will not be eligible for a return or store credit.

Print quality is significantly different from what was shown on the product page

Returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect sizing are not accepted. Please check poster dimensions carefully before ordering.

03 RETURN SHIPPING
we pay if our fault

If the return is due to a mistake on our end — damaged, defective, or wrong item — FreshPaper covers all return shipping costs. We coordinate pickup through our logistics partner at no charge. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

04 REFUND METHOD
store credit

All approved refunds are issued as FreshPaper store credit via a gift card sent to your email. The full refund value can be applied to any future order on freshpaper.in. Cash refunds or reversals to the original payment method are not available at this time.

Our team gets back to you within 2–3 business days with a decision.

If approved, we arrange pickup and issue your store credit gift card via email once the item is received.
